Calls can be received using the handset or with hands-free.

Please see below on how to manage a call using hands-free:

 Figure 5: Receiving a Call

Figure 6: Ending a Call

If the calling destination is located in an environment prone to echoing, your voice and ambient noise may echo and be heard on the station during a call.

This can be improved by adjusting the microphone volume on this station or the receive volume on the other station.

Lifting the handset during a hands-free call will switch the call to the handset

Monitoring a Door Station

Monitoring a door station

Video and audio of a station and network camera can be monitored

Audio of the station that initiates monitoring cannot be heard by the other party during monitoring.

The station being monitored may provide a notification tone or flashing LED to alert that monitoring is in progress, depending on the configuration of the individual station.

While monitoring, if the patient receives a call from another station, monitoring will end

Adjusting video and volume controls

Adjusting video and volume controls

Video relay can be improved and compensated for low-light or highly exposed conditions using the automatic features and the brightness controls

Press [OFF] to turn on the automatic compensation features, including backlight and night-time compensation

Press [ON] during compensation to return the image to the state it was in prior to compensation

From this panel you can also control the brightness of the screen, and the speaker, microphone and ringtone volume
